    MAINTENANCE AND URGENT REPAIRS

    If you have a maintenance request that is not urgent (please see below for list of urgent repairs), please submit your request using the form on the bottom of this page, or call your property manager.

    If you have an urgent repair request, please contact your property manager as soon as possible. Urgent repairs are defined by the residential Tenancies Act 1997 as the following:

    • burst water service
    • blocked or broken toilet system
    • serious roof leak
    • gas leak
    • dangerous electrical fault
    • flooding or serious flood damage
    • serious storm or fire damage
    • failure or breakdown of any essential service or appliance provided by a landlord or agent for hot water, water, cooking, heating, or laundering
    • failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
    • any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
    • an appliance, fitting or fixture that is not working properly and causes a substantial amount of water to be wasted
    • a serious fault in a lift or staircase

    For the street field only put street name and put the property address in the repair required field, if you see prompt “Thank you for your enquiry. We will be in touch shortly.” means the request submit successful.
